I have been loving this combo from the whole foods salad bar lately. Fresh greens, raw zucchini, small amount of cheese, garbanzo beans, grilled zucchini, chicken salad, and a small amount of whole foods honey mustard.
Whole Foods always has fresh sushi! I choose the kinds that don't have a lot of extra sauce, cream cheese, etc in them! Keep it clean.
I often times run in and grab a single serving of chicken salad from Whole Foods. It is so delicious and helps me stay on track!
Never want something really heavy for dinner because when youre sleeping your metabolism has slowed down. Having a full stomach when youre sleeping is not good for digestion!
