- Frozen Bananas for Ice Cream
- Sweet Potatoes Friesfor French Fries
- Homemade Trail Mix for store bought
- Almond Flour for White Flour
- Portobello Mushrooms for Burger Buns
- Mashed Cauliflower for Rice or Mashed Potatoes
- Quinoa for White and/or Brown Rice
- Milk Chocolate for Dark Chocolate
