Since I lost my Mother in December 2012, I went with my step-sister and step-mother to dinner for Mother’s Day! We went to a restaurant in downtown Chattanooga called Tupelo Honey. I tried Fried Green Tomatos for the first time and they were delicious. For my meal, I got their Ahi Tuna on a bed of edamame and a side salad. I always try to stay on track but I never get mad at myself if I branch out and have something like Fried Green Tomatos every once in awhile!
